What Happens to My Data if I Cancel My Subscription?

If you cancel your Churn.io subscription, this article explains exactly what happens to your account data, your active flows, and how you can export your data before cancelling.

Cancelling moves you to the Free plan

Cancelling your Churn.io Pro subscription does not delete your account. Instead, your workspace moves to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period. On the Free plan:

  • One active cancel flow is permitted

  • Your existing session data and analytics history are retained

  • The "Powered by Churn.io" badge reappears on your active flow

  • Pro-only features (A/B testing, unlimited flows) become inaccessible

Requesting full account deletion

If you want to permanently delete your Churn.io account and all associated data, contact our support team. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. After deletion:

  • All session data, analytics, and flow configurations are permanently removed

  • Your organisation and team member accounts are deleted

  • This action is irreversible

⚠️ Export your data before requesting deletion

If you need a record of your session history, cancel reasons, or save rate data, export it from the dashboard before submitting a deletion request. Once the account is deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
