Canceling Your Churn.io Subscription

If you need to cancel your Churn.io subscription, this article explains how to do it, what happens to your data, and what alternatives you might want to consider first.

⚠️ Consider downgrading first

If cost is the concern, consider downgrading to the Free plan rather than cancelling entirely (see Understanding Your Plan). The Free plan keeps your flows active (one at a time) and your historical data intact, with no monthly charge.

How to cancel your subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Billing

  2. Click the Plan tab

  3. Click Cancel subscription

  4. Confirm the cancellation in the dialogue that appears

Your Pro subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan automatically.

What happens after cancellation

  • Your active flows will remain live on the Free plan (one flow at a time)

  • Historical session data is retained on the Free plan

  • Pro-only features such as A/B testing and unlimited flows become inaccessible

  • The "Powered by Churn.io" branding badge reappears on your flows

πŸ’‘ Deleting your account entirely

Cancelling your subscription moves you to the Free plan. If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact our support team via the chat icon. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
