Your Churn.io dashboard gives you a real-time view of how your cancel flows are performing. This article explains the main metrics, the six analytics pages, and how to use the date range controls.

Main metrics

At the top of the dashboard you will see four headline numbers:

  • Sessions: total number of times customers opened your cancel flow (see how sessions are counted)

  • Saves: sessions where a customer accepted a retention offer and did not cancel

  • Save rate: saves divided by total sessions, expressed as a percentage (see how to improve your save rate)

  • Cancellations: sessions that ended in a confirmed cancellation

The six analytics pages

  • Dashboard: the headline overview and trend chart

  • Activity: a full timeline of every individual session with drill-down detail

  • Retained Subscriptions: a list of customers who accepted an offer and were saved

  • Cancel Reasons: a breakdown of which survey reasons are selected most often

  • Flow Performance: side-by-side comparison of your flows if you have more than one

  • Time to Decision: how long customers spend in your flow before making a choice

Date range and filters

Use the date range picker at the top right of the dashboard to filter all metrics by a specific period. Presets include Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, and custom ranges. You can also filter by flow type (Widget or Cancel Page) to compare performance across delivery methods.

πŸ’‘ Demo mode

If you have not yet collected any real sessions, the dashboard will show demo data so you can explore the layout and understand what your reports will look like once you go live.
