The Custom Page offer redirects a customer to any URL when they click the offer CTA. It is the most flexible offer type in Churn.io, and it works well for teams that want to show something specific, such as a feature walkthrough, a case study, a pricing comparison, or a custom-built retention page.
How to create a Custom Page offer
Open your flow and go to the Offers step
Click Add offer and select Custom page
Enter the destination URL where the customer will be sent when they click accept
Write the offer headline and description
Set your targeting conditions
Creative use cases
Feature showcase: link to a video or interactive demo of a feature the customer said they were missing
Case study: show social proof from customers in a similar situation who stayed and saw results
Annual plan page: redirect customers to a landing page that explains the value of switching to annual billing
Onboarding reset: link to a guided onboarding session for customers who said they do not know how to use the product
β Acceptance is tracked
Clicking the CTA on a Custom Page offer is counted as an offer acceptance in your Churn.io analytics. The customer is flagged as saved in your dashboard even though the outcome depends on what they do after the redirect.
