If you've forgotten your churn.io password, you can set a new one yourself in a couple of minutes. A password reset is a self-service flow: you ask for a reset email, follow the secure link inside it, and choose a new password. This article walks you through every step and explains what to expect along the way.
Step 1: Request a reset link
Start from the sign-in screen.
Go to the churn.io sign-in page and click Forgot password? to open the Reset your password screen.
Enter the Email address associated with your churn.io account.
Click Send reset link.
Once you submit, you'll see a Check your inbox confirmation telling you a reset link has been sent to your email address.
💡 You'll always see the same confirmation
For your security, churn.io shows the same "Check your inbox" message whether or not an account exists for that email. This prevents anyone from using the reset form to discover which email addresses are registered. The email itself is only sent when there's an active account for the address you entered.
Step 2: Open the reset email
Find the Reset your password email in your inbox and click the link inside it.
If you don't see the email within a minute or two, check your spam or junk folder. You can also click try again on the confirmation screen to send a fresh email.
⚠️ Reset links expire
Each reset link is valid for 3 hours. If you wait longer than that, the link stops working and you'll need to request a new one. Requesting a new link replaces any previous one, so always use the most recent email.
Step 3: Set your new password
Clicking the link opens the Set new password screen. churn.io verifies the link automatically while you wait, then lets you choose a new password.
Type your new password in the New password field. It must be at least 8 characters long.
Re-enter the exact same password in the Confirm password field.
Click Update password.
If the two passwords don't match, or the new password is shorter than 8 characters, you'll see a message asking you to correct it before you can continue.
When the update succeeds, you'll see a Password updated confirmation and churn.io signs you in automatically, sending you straight to your Dashboard — no separate login step needed.
If the link has expired or doesn't work
If you open a reset link that has expired or is no longer valid, you'll see a Link expired message. To continue, click Request a new reset link, which takes you back to the start of the flow so you can send yourself a fresh email.
Always use the link from the most recent reset email you received.
Make sure you're requesting the reset for the email address you actually use to sign in to churn.io.
If your account has been blocked or deactivated, the reset email won't be sent. Reach out to support if you believe your account should be active.
💡 Already signed in?
If you remember your current password and just want to change it, you don't need the reset flow at all — you can update your password directly from your account settings while signed in.
That's it. After resetting, you can sign in any time with your email and your new password. If you ever run into trouble, our support team is happy to help.
