Organization Settings: Name, Logo, and URL

Your business account holds the identity details for a brand you run on churn.io — its display name, website, and logo. These details appear across the app and help you tell your accounts apart when you manage more than one. This article covers where to find your business accounts and how to update each detail.

Where to find your business accounts

Open the profile menu in the bottom-left of the sidebar and choose Business accounts. You'll see the Business accounts page with an overview of every account you own.

⚠️ Owner access only

Only an account Owner can view and edit business details. If you don't own a business account, you won't be able to reach this page.

Reading the overview table

Each business account you own is listed as a row with the following columns:

  • Business account — your logo (or a colored initials block if no logo is set) alongside the business name.

  • Business URL — your website link, which opens in a new tab. A dash appears if no URL is set.

  • Date created — when the account was created.

  • Status — shows Active for your accounts.

To make changes, select the edit (pencil) button at the end of a row.

Editing your business information

Selecting the edit button opens the Business information dialog, where you can update your name, website URL, and logo. Make your changes, then choose Confirm to save — or Cancel to discard them.

Under Business logotype, choose Click to Upload and pick an image file from your device. A preview appears right away so you can confirm it looks right before saving.

  • Accepted formats: PNG or JPEG.

  • Maximum file size: 10MB.

  • Recommended dimensions: 400×400px for the sharpest result.

The logo is optional. If you've already set one, a Remove button appears next to the upload button — choose it to clear the logo and fall back to the initials block. Removing the logo only takes effect once you select Confirm.

Step 2: Update your business name

Edit the Business name field. This name is required and can be up to 255 characters. It's the name shown in the overview table and used for your initials block when no logo is set. If you clear the field, you'll see a reminder that a business name is required and won't be able to save until you add one.

Step 3: Update your business URL

Edit the Business URL field with your public website address. This field is required and must be a valid web address. The Confirm button stays disabled until you enter a valid URL.

💡 You can type a bare domain

If you enter a domain without the https:// prefix (for example yourcompany.com), churn.io adds it for you automatically when you save.

Saving your changes

When you're happy with your edits, choose Confirm. A brief loading indicator shows while your changes are saved, and you'll see a Business updated confirmation once they're applied. If something goes wrong, an error message explains what happened so you can try again.
