Your branding controls how the cancellation widget and the hosted cancel page look to your customers — the colors, fonts, shapes, logo, and small layout touches that make the experience feel like part of your own product. Branding is saved per business, so each workspace keeps its own look. This article covers where to find the design editors, what you can customize, and how to save your changes.
Where to find branding
Open Flows in the sidebar and choose Design. The Design area has two tabs at the top:
Widget — the pop-up cancellation flow that appears inside your app.
Page — the standalone hosted cancel page your customers can be sent to.
Each tab has the editing controls on the left and a live preview on the right that updates as you make changes. Switch between tabs at any time; if you have unsaved changes, you'll be asked to confirm before leaving.
💡 Widget and Page are saved separately
Saving the Widget tab never overwrites your Page settings, and vice versa. Customize each one to suit where it appears. When you first open the Page tab, it borrows your widget's accent color as a starting point — you can change it afterwards.
What you can customize
The controls are grouped into collapsible sections. The exact set differs slightly between the Widget and Page tabs, but you'll generally find:
Shape & layout — pick a Classic or Minimal style, and adjust corner roundness with the Border radius, Button radius, and Card radius sliders.
Header (Widget only) — toggle Step labels, the Progress indicator, and the Close button.
Branding — upload a Company logo, set a Business name shown beside it, and choose your Accent color.
Colors — fine-tune background, headline, subheading, card, divider, and offer-card colors. Colors are set as 6-digit hex values (for example,
#225AEA).Typography — choose a Headline font and Body font from the built-in font list, and set headline and body text sizes.
Advanced — turn on a Confetti celebration when a customer accepts an offer (Widget only).
⚠️ The "Minimal" widget style
You can select and save the Minimal style for the widget, but the widget currently renders in the Classic layout. Your choice is saved and will take effect once the Minimal layout becomes available.
Uploading a logo
In the Branding section, select Upload logo and choose an image file. After it uploads you can:
Set the logo alignment to Left or Center.
Adjust the Logo height with the slider — the width scales proportionally.
Remove it at any time using the × button next to the uploaded file.
Accepted formats are PNG, JPEG, WEBP, and SVG, up to 200 KB. For your security, SVG files that contain scripts, event handlers, or external references are rejected — re-export the logo without those before uploading.
Saving your changes
Changes you make in the controls appear instantly in the preview, but they are not stored until you save.
Make your edits in the left-hand controls.
Select Save design at the bottom of the panel. You'll see a confirmation that your design was saved.
To start over, select Reset to revert every setting on that tab back to its defaults.
The Save design button stays disabled until you've made a change, so you'll always know whether you have something to save. If you try to switch tabs or leave the page with unsaved changes, you'll be prompted to keep editing or discard them.
Who can edit branding
Whether you can change branding depends on your role in the business:
Owners, Admins, Members, and Developers can edit and save branding.
Viewers can open the Design tabs to see the current look, but the controls are locked and a View only notice is shown.
Branding is always tied to the business you're currently working in, so make sure the correct workspace is selected before you start designing.
