How Do I Request a New Integration?

A
Written by Andreas H

An integration connects churn.io to your billing platform so accepted retention offers — discounts, pauses, plan changes — are applied to your customers' live subscriptions automatically. If the billing platform you use isn't on the list yet, you can let our team know so we can prioritize adding it. This article shows you where to find the integrations catalog and how to request a new one.

What's available today

Open the Integrations page from the sidebar to see every billing platform churn.io supports or is working on. Each platform appears as its own card with a short description of what churn.io can do with it.

Stripe is available now. Its card shows a Connect button, and once you've linked your account it switches to a green Connected badge with a Disconnect option.

The following platforms are on the way and show a SOON badge with a greyed-out Coming soon button you can't click yet:

  • Chargebee

  • Recurly

  • Braintree

  • Adyen

  • Mollie

Requesting a new integration

If your billing platform isn't shown at all — not even as a "coming soon" card — you can ask us to add it. At the end of the integrations grid you'll find a card titled Integration missing? with a dashed outline and the note "Let our team know and we'll add it as soon as possible."

To send us a request:

  1. Go to the Integrations page.

  2. Scroll to the last card in the grid, labelled Integration missing?

  3. Click + Request integration and tell us which billing platform you'd like to see supported.

When you reach out, it helps to include the name of the billing platform you use and roughly how many subscriptions you manage there. That lets us gauge demand and prioritize the most-requested platforms first.

💡 Already using a platform that's "coming soon"?

There's no need to send a separate request for Chargebee, Recurly, Braintree, Adyen, or Mollie — they're already on our roadmap. Let us know you're waiting on one of them and we can keep you posted as it becomes available.

Who can manage integrations

The Integrations page — including connecting Stripe and requesting a new platform — is available to team members with an Owner, Admin, or Developer role. Members and viewers will see an "Access restricted" message instead.

⚠️ Why an integration matters

Until a billing platform is connected, retention offers and cancellations in your flows can't be actioned automatically against real subscriptions. Connecting a supported platform — or requesting the one you use — is what lets churn.io save and cancel subscriptions for you.
