Churn.io can connect to your payment processor to enable subscription-based audience targeting inside your cancel flows. This article explains which processors are currently supported, what the connection provides, and how to request new ones.

Currently supported

Churn.io currently has a native integration with Stripe. Once connected, Churn.io can read subscription data including:

  • Plan name and subscription status

  • Billing cycle (monthly or annual)

  • Subscription age and start date

  • Trial days remaining

  • Whether an active discount or coupon is applied

  • Subscription currency

  • MRR

All of this data is available as targeting conditions inside your cancel flows, letting you show different offers based on exactly what kind of subscriber you're trying to retain.

Coming soon

The Churn.io team is actively building native integrations for the following processors:

  • Chargebee

  • Recurly

  • Braintree

  • Adyen

  • Mollie

πŸ’‘ Don't see yours? If your processor is not on this list, you can request it. See How Do I Request a New Integration? to let the team know.

Using Churn.io without a connected processor

A payment processor integration is not required to use Churn.io. You can run a complete cancel flow with surveys, offers, feedback collection, and full analytics without connecting anything.

The only limitation is that subscription-based audience targeting conditions (plan, billing cycle, tenure, status, MRR, and so on) will not be available. You can still target offers by cancel reason, which covers most targeting use cases for the majority of businesses.

You can connect a processor at any time from Settings > Integrations to unlock subscription-based targeting. Read Connecting Your Payment Processor for a full walkthrough.
