How Do I Request a New Integration?

Churn.io is actively expanding its list of native payment processor integrations. If your payment processor is not currently supported, you can request it and the team will evaluate it for the roadmap.

How to request an integration

The quickest way is to reach out via the live chat at the bottom of your screen while logged into Churn.io. Let the team know:

  • The name of the payment processor or tool you need

  • How many customers you manage through it (helps us prioritise)

  • What you would use the integration for (audience targeting, offer application, or both)

What happens after you request

The team reviews integration requests on a regular basis. Processors with multiple requests are prioritised. You will be notified when an integration you requested is added or moves to beta.

βœ… You can still use Churn.io in the meantime

While waiting for your processor integration, Churn.io works fully without one. You will have all flow steps, all offer types, cancel reason targeting, and complete analytics. The only limitation is subscription-based audience conditions, which require a connected processor.
