On the Free plan, a small "Powered by Churn.io" badge appears in the footer of your cancel flow widget and on your hosted cancel page. This badge is visible to your customers and links to the Churn.io website. Removing it requires upgrading to the Pro plan.
How to remove the badge
The badge is removed automatically when you upgrade to Pro. There is no additional setting to toggle.
Go to Settings > Billing
Click Upgrade to Pro
Complete the upgrade
The badge is removed from all your flows immediately
Why the badge exists on the Free plan
The "Powered by Churn.io" badge is how the Free plan is supported. It helps Churn.io grow through word-of-mouth from businesses using the product. If you are ready to remove it and run a fully white-labelled cancellation experience, the Pro plan removes it permanently across all flows and all delivery methods.
✅ Pro removes the badge everywhere
Once you upgrade, the badge is removed from the widget, the hosted cancel page, and any new flows you create. It does not need to be disabled per-flow.
