Upgrading to Churn.io Pro removes the Free plan's limitations and unlocks the full feature set, including unlimited active flows, A/B testing, no branding badge, and a custom session volume. This article walks you through the upgrade process step by step.
How to upgrade
Go to Settings > Billing
Click the Plan tab
Click Upgrade to Pro
Select your session tier (the number of sessions per month you need)
Choose monthly or annual billing
Confirm your payment method and click Confirm upgrade
What changes immediately after upgrading
The "Powered by Churn.io" branding badge is removed from all your flows
You can create and publish unlimited active flows
A/B testing becomes available
Your session allowance is updated to your new tier immediately
💡 Prorated billing
If you upgrade in the middle of a billing cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period. Your full new rate applies from the next billing cycle.
Choosing the right session tier
Your session tier should match your typical monthly cancellation volume. If you are not sure, start with the tier that is closest to your current volume and you can always adjust it later from Settings > Billing > Plan (see Changing Your Session Tier). Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
