Understanding Your Plan: Free vs. Pro

Churn.io offers two plans: Free and Pro. This article explains what is included on each plan, how session-based pricing works, and how to choose the right tier for your monthly cancellation volume.

Free Plan

The Free plan lets you get started with no upfront cost. It includes everything you need to run a cancel flow and start measuring churn from day one.

  • 50 sessions per month included at no cost

  • $1.00 per additional session above 50

  • 1 active cancel flow

  • Core analytics: session tracking, save rate, and cancel reasons

  • "Powered by Churn.io" branding badge displayed to your customers

⚠️ Branding badge. The "Powered by Churn.io" badge is shown to your customers in the widget footer and on the hosted cancel page while you are on the Free plan. Upgrading to Pro removes it permanently. Read Removing the Branding Badge to learn more.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan removes all limits and unlocks the full Churn.io feature set for growing subscription businesses.

  • Custom session volume: from 200 to 10,000 sessions per month, scaled to fit your business

  • No branding badge: your cancellation flow appears entirely under your own brand

  • Unlimited active flows: run separate flows for different products, plans, or customer segments simultaneously

  • A/B testing: run controlled experiments across flows to find what retains the most customers

  • Priority support: faster response times and direct access to the Churn.io team

Session tiers on Pro

Pro pricing is based on the number of sessions you need each month. The available tiers are 200, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, and 10,000 sessions per month. Choose the tier that matches your typical monthly cancellation volume. Need more than 10,000? Contact the team for a custom plan.

You can see the exact price for each tier on the upgrade screen at Settings > Billing > Plan.

Monthly vs. Annual billing

All Pro plans are available on either monthly or annual billing cycles:

  • Monthly billing: pay month to month with no long-term commitment

  • Annual billing: pay upfront for a full year and save 17% compared to the monthly rate

Changing your session tier

You can upgrade or downgrade your session tier at any time from Settings > Billing > Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
