Your organisation settings store the core details of your business as it appears inside Churn.io. Keeping these up to date ensures your account is correctly identified and your branding is consistent.
Where to find organisation settings
Go to Settings from the main navigation
Click Business Accounts
Click Edit next to your organisation
What you can update
Organisation name: your business or product name as it appears in Churn.io
Website URL: your main website address
Logo: upload a PNG or SVG file. This becomes the default logo shown in your cancel flows unless overridden by a flow-specific logo in the Design tab.
💡 Logo recommendations
Use a PNG or SVG with a transparent background for the best display result. A horizontal logo works better than a stacked one in the flow header. Minimum recommended width is 200px at 2x resolution.
Managing multiple organisations
If you manage more than one business or product through Churn.io, you can create multiple organisations from the Business Accounts settings page. Each organisation has its own flows, analytics, and branding settings.
⚠️ Billing is per workspace
Each Churn.io workspace has its own billing plan and session allowance. If you run multiple organisations, each one requires its own plan.
