After creating your account, Churn.io walks you through a short onboarding sequence before you reach your dashboard. This article explains each step so you know what to have ready.
The four onboarding steps
Step 1: Your business
Enter your business name and website URL. This is used to identify your workspace and pre-fill your organisation settings. Both fields are required to continue.
Step 2: How you found us
A brief question about how you discovered Churn.io. This helps the team understand where customers come from and does not affect your account setup in any way.
Step 3: Choose your plan
Select either the Free plan or a Pro plan. If you choose Pro, you also select your session tier (200 to 10,000 sessions per month) and billing cycle (monthly or annual). You can start with Free and upgrade at any time from Settings.
Step 4: Payment card
Add a credit or debit card to activate your account. Your card is required for both the Free and Pro plans.
Free plan: your card will not be charged unless you exceed 50 sessions in a month. Overages are billed at $1.00 per session.
Pro plan: your card will not be charged until your 14-day free trial ends.
π‘ Starting on Free
Entering your card does not start a Pro subscription. If you select Free, you stay on Free until you explicitly upgrade from Settings > Billing.
After onboarding
Once you complete all four steps, you land on the Get Started page. From here you can create your first cancel flow, connect your payment processor from Integrations, and install the widget on your site.
