If your business uses more than one payment processor, or you need to connect a second tool to Churn.io, you can add multiple integrations from the same settings screen. This article explains how.
How to add another integration
Go to Settings > Integrations
Scroll to the processor or tool you want to add and click Connect
Authorise the connection from your processor's page
The new integration appears in your list with an Active status
Using multiple payment processors
Having multiple processors connected is useful when:
You offer multiple products billed through different processors
You are migrating from one processor to another and need both active during the transition
Different customer segments are billed separately
When multiple processors are connected, Churn.io will attempt to look up the customer's subscription data across all connected integrations when a session starts.

Removing an integration
To disconnect an integration, go to Settings > Integrations, click the connected processor, and select Disconnect. Audience targeting conditions that rely on that processor's data will no longer evaluate correctly until you reconnect.
