How to create a Book a Call offer
Open your flow and go to the Offers step
Click Add offer and select Book a call
Enter the calendar URL (Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot Meetings, or any booking link)
Write the offer headline and description
Set your targeting conditions
When to use this offer
High-value accounts where losing one customer has significant revenue impact
Customers cancelling because of a technical issue or missing feature your team can actually fix
Enterprise or custom plan customers who benefit from a relationship-driven approach

Only use this offer if your team is genuinely available and prepared to handle retention conversations. A booking link with no availability is worse than no offer at all.
