You have set up your cancel flow and it looks great in preview. Before you send real customers through it, run through this checklist to make sure everything is in order.
Flow configuration
Flow status is set to Published (not Draft)
At least one cancel reason is added to the Survey step
At least one retention offer is created and targeted to a cancel reason or audience
Confirmation step copy is customised to match your brand voice
Installation
Widget: the script snippet is installed on your site and
rq('show', ...)is called on your cancel button, passing the customer's email and subscription dataCancel Page: your backend is generating signed session tokens and redirecting customers to the correct URL
Branding
Your logo is uploaded and displaying correctly in the preview
Accent colour matches your product's primary brand colour
Analytics
You have completed at least one test session to confirm data is appearing in your dashboard
β All boxes checked? You are good to go. Once real customers start cancelling, sessions will appear in your dashboard within seconds. Monitor your save rate over the first week to see how your offers are performing.
π‘ Start simple. You do not need a perfect flow on day one. A basic survey and one well-targeted offer will outperform no intervention every time. You can always add more offer types and targeting conditions once you have real data.
