Step-by-step: signing up
Go to app.churn.io and click Get started
Enter your full name, email address, and a secure password
Click Create account
Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code from Churn.io
Enter the code on the verification screen to confirm your email
You will be taken directly into the onboarding flow to finish setting up your account
💡 Did not receive the code?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, click Resend code on the verification screen and allow up to two minutes for the email to arrive.
What happens after signup
Once your email is verified, you will be taken through the onboarding walkthrough. This is a short setup sequence that helps Churn.io configure your account for your specific business. It covers:
Your business details
How you heard about Churn.io
Your payment processor
Your approximate monthly cancellation volume
Adding your payment method to activate your plan
⚠️ One account per email
Each email address can only be associated with one Churn.io account. If you need to manage multiple organisations, you can create additional workspaces from your account settings after signup.
