All Churn.io Pro plans are available on either monthly or annual billing. This article explains the differences, how to switch between them, and when each option makes sense.

Monthly vs. annual at a glance

Monthly billing: pay month to month. No long-term commitment. Cancel or change your plan at any time. Billed at the standard rate for your session tier.

Annual billing: pay upfront for a full year and save 17% compared to the monthly rate. Best for teams that are committed to Churn.io and want the most economical long-term rate.

How to switch billing cycles

  • Go to Settings > Billing

  • Click the Plan tab

  • Click Switch to Annual or Switch to Monthly

  • Confirm the change
