If you have forgotten your Churn.io password or need to set a new one, the process takes less than two minutes. This article walks you through both the standard reset flow and what to do if you run into any issues.
How to reset your password
Go to app.churn.io/login
Click Forgot password? below the login form
Enter the email address associated with your account
Click Send reset link
Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "Reset your Churn.io password"
Click the link in the email. You will be taken to a page to set a new password.
Enter and confirm your new password, then click Update password
💡 Reset link expires after 1 hour
The password reset link in the email is valid for one hour from when it was sent. If it has expired, return to the forgot password page and request a new link.
Did not receive the reset email?
Check your spam or junk folder
Confirm you entered the correct email address. The reset link is only sent to registered accounts.
